"Hm, just goes to show that some teachers are just as bad a students." he sneered. "My name is Justin McDale."

She rolled her eyes, then turned over so she was on her stomach.
"Tru de Reign. Animagi Professor."
She stretched again, needing it after being curled up for a while.

"French then I take it, or perhaps spainish." he guessed. "With a name like that they must be somewhere in your heritage."

Teyla looked to Justin coldly,
"Teyla Imargin, Divination, Astronomy and Astrology."

"French and German, actually."
She said, boredly. She let some of her long, dark hair fall in front of her face, then proceeded to comb it with her fingers.

"Then explain the dark hair. Genetically, the french don't have that trait or the germans, which means it's either dyed or you're also part something else that isn't entirely human." he said with a very non-chalant voice, his hand slipping into his coat pocket to pull out a small bottle with a black potion in it.

"Look around you, McDale. How many of us do you think are human? Just because we have a different blood in us, doesn't make you better than us."
She glared at him.

"I never said I was better." he answered slyly and took a shot of the potion he carried. "I was rather saying that I am one of the few lowly humans in a crowd of obviously highly classed magical beings. Is there a problem with that professor?"

Sara couldnt help but laugh slightly at this,
"I doubt anyone would call my kind highly classed,"
She said with a sigh,
"Sara Corvin, Care of Magical Creatures."
She said with a nod.

"I am not a 'highly classed magical being'. I'm just... rare. I teach a subject I'm not even a master of. Shapeshifting, however. That's something I know more about."
She stood and walked, bare footed, across the room to get a drink.

Justin shrugged and then thought of something. "Wait a minute. If we have this many professors here, why are so many classes left untaught? I would have thought that with so many people you could manage the minimum on your own."

"'So many professors?' Are you kidding? There are only 5 of us, not counting the Headmaster - who doesn't teach anything. One of the professors here doesn't even teach, though he's supposed to. And I do have a small class, but only because I have an elective class and I'm picky about who I let into it."
She perched herself on top of the bench, drink in hand. At the moment, the purple in her hair was very visible.

"Five should be able to cover the minium classes for your students." He said. "You could have done transfiguration if you're that good at shapeshifting." Justin then ran a hand through his skicked back hair and sighed. This was going to be an exhausting evening.

"Transfiguration is entirely different to Shapeshifting. Transfiguration is generally another item - animate or inanimate. Shapeshifting is of yourself.

"If that is the case then why are you complaining that your subject isn't your strong suit? it is the perfect one for your strength if I understand you dialect right."
